Yakima Valley Community Foundation awarded Yakima Specialties, Inc. (YSI) a $15,000 grant in November 2016. YSI put that grant towards the purchase of new washers for the commercial laundry area of our facility.

One of the first projects YSI participated in after receiving the new washers was the Coats for Kids drive. YSI washed hundreds of donated coats for the Salvation Army for distribution this winter.
