Terry has been expanding the services of Yakima Specialties including the CARF program. Recently Terry has progressed to the new level of a Full Service CARF surveyor.

A CARF surveyor observes organizational practices, reviews appropriate documentation, answers questions, and suggests ways to improve the provider’s operations and service delivery.

CARF is an international accreditation organization that provides certification of Excellence to a variety of service providers. In the spring of 2012, Yakima Specialties received their CARF Certification. CARF certification is a very important credential to the providers of human services.
