The Board of Directors of Yakima Specialties, Inc. has named Thomas P. Gannon as the next Executive Director effective November 11th, 2013.

Mr. Gannon comes from Spokane, Washington as a business professional with seventeen years experience buying, selling, planning and forecasting mainly in the lumber industry with All State Forest Products.

He spent eight years in Pendleton, Oregon as the business manager of Palls Wood Products overseeing both financial and operation duties. That included working with the locally disabled work force providing skills training and jobs.

Early in his career he was a train conductor for the Burlington Northern Railroad in the Spokane area.

A graduate of Central Washington University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
