Meet the Staff

Tom Gannon, Executive Director Tom has a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Washington University. Past Controller, Palls Wood Products, Pendleton Oregon. Contracted with the State of Oregon's disabled work program creating jobs for local disabled community. Yakima Downtown Rotary member. Member of the Literacy committee, Downtown Rotary.
Terry Archer, Supported Employment Director Terry is a Certified and active CARF Surveyor (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Services). She served as Administrator of Motherload Rehabilitation Enterprises in California - a pre-vocational and supported employment program for people with disabilities. Aktion Club adviser, supported by the local Kiwanis Club to help individuals with disabilities to give back to the communities in which they live. Vice Chair, Coalition for the Development Disabilities Voices, an advocacy group supporting all choices.
Norman Redberg, HR/Bookkeeper Norman has an AAS in Accounting from Big Bend Community College. He came to YSI after 21 years in the Substance Abuse Treatment field. Norman served as past Executive Director of ADDS in Ellensburg. He is a YVCC Chemical Dependency Studies Advisory Board member and FISH Food Bank board member, Ellensburg.
Lyle Ocker, Sales/ Job Developer Lyle was born and raised in Yakima, Lyle is married and the father of four. He been working in this field for over 11 years. Lyle is a US army veteran, volunteers at Children’s Village, and is a member of the Central Washington Veterans Coalition, and the Veteran’s Task Force.

Sylvia Campbell, Laundry Manager Sylvia was raised in the Yakima valley, Sylvia has been married for 34 years with six grandchildren. She has been employed by Yakima Specialties for 26 years, overseeing training for individuals to perform vocational skills valued by society.
Holly White, Janitorial Manager, Office Manager, A/R Holly previously worked in production and the office of another local laundry company for 10 years. Holly has been employed by Yakima Specialties, Inc. for 5 years., overseeing office duties and janitorial contracts.
Tammy Halterman, Supported Employment Team Lead Tammy was born and raised in the Yakima Valley. She has worked in this field for over 15 years. Tammy was a program coordinator for a company that supported adults with intellectual disabilities with day to day living in their own homes. She now enjoys working with disabled individuals supporting them to gain and keep employment.
Linda Padgett, Supported Employment Team Lead Linda began in Aging and Long Term Care in 2009. From there, she became an Activity Coordinator working for an Adult Day Health Program assisting adults with disabilities regain and maintain mobility and health through Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy. Linda now assists adults with disabilities become active members in the local community through the Community Access Program.
Tara Goltry, Administrative Assistant, A/P, Plant Safety Chair Tara attended Thomas Nelson Community College in the Registered Nursing Program. Tara moved to the Yakima Valley after spending nearly 13 years with her husband in the Air Force.
